Zoe Slater's unnamed son is the son of Zoe Slater and the twin brother of an unnamed sister, who passed away after birth.
Backstory[]
Zoe Slater was pregnant in 2006 with twins, and gave birth to them. The son was born first, followed by the daughter. After the births, the daughter is taken away for unknown reasons. Zoe decides to have the boy adopted after calling him "bad blood", and walks out of the hospital without giving the doctor's her full name. He was adopted shortly after birth.
Zoe later confesses to Sharon Watts that her children's father is Dennis Rickman but she then tells Kat Moon that this was a lie.
