Symphony Foods was catering business run by Magda Czajkowski the local caterer in Albert Square from 1987 to 1988. Her company was initially introduced when she began working for Den in The Queen Victoria, in which she embarked on a relationship with him. However, when the relationship fell to pieces, and she found interest in Simon Wicks, she left Den and The Vic and started Symphony Foods as a freelance business.
