Shelley made her first appearance on 20 August 2019 and last on 24 March 2020. She was portrayed by Maria Louis.
Storylines[]
Shelley is a woman that Shirley Carter hits in the mouth after she implies Ollie Carter is not normal as he hit her son. She is later seen with Mieko Yoshi and a number of other mothers at Walford Primary School. Linda Carter later invited them to E20 for cocktails. Linda later confronts Shelley about what she said about Ollie and tells her if she find out she says anything nasty about Ollie or any other child that she would rip every hair from her head and stuff it into her poisonous mouth. Shelley re-appears when Mieko Yoshi sees Linda crashing her car into Shelley car. Shelley calls the police, Linda is forced to give a breathalyser test and is arrested for drink driving. Mick invites Shelley and Mieko Yoshi to a Christmas Play at The Queen Victoria. The refuse as they think Linda Carter's drinking is uncomfortable and embarrassing.
Shelley is seen again when Linda Carter picks up Ollie Carter from Walford Primary School. Shelley remarks at Linda cut on her head and says they should ban her from walking as well as driving. Linda attempts to apologies to Shelley and she accepts that she is attempting to put her life together, but says she cannot see how she can fix their friendship as she and her boys are traumatised. She later turns up at The Queen Victoria pub to say she will raise Linda Carter and Isaac Baptiste's friendship with Walford Primary School. Shelley doesn't want Linda to attended the school to hear Ollie Carter's class reading books. Linda tells her she will not go but later retaliates by telling Shelley she has a boring life and that she needs to get herself a job, go on a course or have another baby as she seems to want a bit of drama in her life and proclaims that it is their kids that are at school, not them. Shelley becomes speechless as Issac and Tracey smirk before she walks out.
