Secret Cam is a website that exists in the EastEnders universe, it is used by people to make adult content and modelling.
It is currently being used in a storyline which sees Stacey Slater join the website after being told about it by Freddie Slater, who himself was using the website to help Stacey pay her bills. Stacey later joins the website herself as well to pay her bills due to the gas and electricity crisis in England and also in an attempt to pay off loan shark Shiv, Freddie and Stacey both use the website and sell feet photos, although Freddie later begins doing modelling as well. When Stacey joins she is disappointed not to have gained any subscribers or make any money, saying she degraded herself for nothing. Stacey later gets her first subscriber, who asks her to do something explicit which is not revealed on-screen. This request repulses Stacey, and she subsequently closes her Secret Cam account.
After paying Shiv off, Stacey finally thinks she can relax until she receives a letter, which turns out to be a huge gas and electricity bill, which reduces Stacey to tears. Stacey later re-opens her Secret Cam account and records a strip-tease to make some money. On 10 May 2023 Stacey gets a comment from a subscriber on her photos, who days "nice body".
Stacey then goes back to every day life but she receives a series of texts from a subscriber asking to see her face and offering her more money to do so. Stacey prepares to do this but is caught by Eve Unwin, who promises not to say anything. Stacey reveals to Eve the following day that she didn't go through with it. Stacey and Martin Fowler later go for a picnic at the allotments and Stacey tells Martin that she has a way to make more money but she isn't sure if she should do it. Martin tells Stacey that if it's safe then she should go for it, Stacey later records the strip tease with her face and sends it to the subscriber.
Upon learning that her daughter Lily is still being bullied at school Stacey goes into school and confronts the bullies and the Walford High School headmaster Mr Morden, Mr Morden invites Stacey to the parent committee to give her a voice to speak about Lily's bullying. One of the students at the school finds Stacey’s Secret Cam and tells everyone at school, Amy Mitchell Lily and she confronts Stacey, calling her disgusting. With the family now knowing Freddie goes onto tell Alfie Moon, Bernadette Taylor overhears and tells the Square. Stacey is encouraged by Martin to attend the Parents committee and she does, Stacey is judged by the other parents but stand up for herself and Lily. After Stacey's mother Jean begins to regret the way she treated Stacey she sees Lily and she refuses to see Stacey, Jean then gives Lily stern words asking her if Stacey judged her when she was pregnant. Lily and Stacey later make up and Stacey explains she has been doing Secret Cam in order to provide for Lily, her baby and the other kids. Lily and Jean understand but ask Stacey to delete the Secret Cam account. Stacey agrees but then later tells them she is going to keep doing it until the end of the month so she doesn't have to pay her subscribers back, Stacey later decides she will delete the account at the end of the month but is going to continue sending pictures and videos to one of the subscribers through text. The subscriber is later revealed to be Freddie's teacher Theo Hawthorne who begins stalking Stacey.

- It was announced on 13 March 2023 that Stacey Slater was going to set up an OnlyFans account in a new storyline, however Stacey joined Secret Cam instead when the scenes aired. It is possible that Secret Cam is EastEnders' in universe version of OnlyFans. It is also possible that Stacey could join OnlyFans later in the storyline.
