Sally was a receptionist who worked at Lowe Park Health Clinic. The clinic was the place Jean Slater first encountered when she was diagnosed with cancer. Jean didn't turn up for one of her appointments and had done a bunk from the Slater family, leaving them all petrified for her safety.
Martin Fowler tried sweet talking Sally into not giving Jean's appointment away. However, Sally postponed the appointment for as long as she could, but Jean failed to turn up.
