Ravi Gulati's drug gang

Ravi Gulati's drug gang is a criminal organisation at the centre of a storyline that has ran from July 2025 to present day.

The gangs boss Ravi Gulati is a criminal that had sold drugs in the past while working for Christos and had worked alongside fellow criminal Nicola Mitchell, Ravi's gang preliminary sell drugs and stolen phones.

Storylines[]

After Ravi and his families money is stolen by Bernadette Taylor, Ravi now with a cash flow problem returned to drug dealing in order to pay his bills. Ravi turned to his former associate Nicola and asked her for a contact of fellow dealers, Ravi later meets up with Tobias Okyere to show him a supply of drugs in the car boot of Ravi's BMW and they plan to sells the drugs but instead hide the car at The Arches after police are patrolling Walford.

Ravi pays Nicola's son Harry Mitchell to watch over the car and the drugs until the police are gone, however Harry's friend Kojo Asare finds the drugs and flushes them down the toilet. The following day upon realising the drugs are gone Harry and Nicola stage a break in at the Arches and when Ravi and Tobias return for the drugs Harry's claims that they were taken during the robbery.

Later Harry offers to host Ravi's daughter Avani Nandra-Hart's sixteenth birthday at Harry's Barn as an apology for the drugs being stolen. Ravi later witnesses Harry's boss and the owner of the Arches Phil Mitchell berating Harry for the robbery, Ravi sticks up for Harry and tells Phil to leave him alone. Ravi appears to be calm with Harry despite the drugs incident, however when Tobias turns up to talk to Ravi outside Ravi asks Harry to come with him. Ravi then orders Tobias to receive more funding from the drug suppliers, however Tobias tells him that Ravi wont get any money without the drugs and refuses to follow the order because Ravi isn't Nish Panesar and refers to the Panesar's as a joke without him. Ravi then asserts his authority by beating Tobias up, Ravi then tells Harry that he knows Harry stole the drugs (despite them being stolen by Kojo). Ravi then tells Harry that he works for him until he paid him back for the drugs.

When Nicola finds out about Harry's involvement in Ravi's drug dealing scheme she tells police officer Jack Branning and he later arrests Ravi and Tobias, however they are both released when Harry moves the drugs from the areas where they were kept before the police could raid them. Ravi later questions if it was Harry that told the police but Harry denies it. Ravi and Tobias begin dealing in Kojo's flat, Harry begs Ravi to stop dealing at Kojo's flat however Ravi tells him to pay him back for the drugs he lost or carry on dealing. Harry tries again to convince Ravi against using Kojo's flat but Ravi gets violent with Harry and presses a car bonnet on to Harry's hand and reminds him that Harry works for him.

After Kojo gets uncomfortable with seeing Tobias in his flat Tobias comes up with a plan to get Kojo onside, Tobias hires some of his contacts to attack Kojo, however Tobias then arrives to scare them off. When Kojo witnesses Tobias selling drugs in his flat he freaks out, Tobias then gives Kojo one of the drugs to calm him down. Kojo later passes out on a bench and is found by his brother George Knight, George suspects that Harry gave Kojo the drugs and attacks Harry. When Tobias finds out about George attacking Harry he threatens to make George disappear and shows Harry that he has a gun.

The following day during a heated argument between Tobias and Harry, just as they're about to fight Tobias pulls out his gun and Ravi walks in and sees the gun. Ravi is furious demands that Harry gets rid of the gun, Harry hides the gun but it is found by Oscar Branning. Oscar gives the gun to Jack but Ravi overhears that they have the gun during a conversation, Ravi later breaks into Jack's house to take the gun back but is witnessed leaving by Denise Fox. Denise tells Jack and he confronts Ravi and demands the gun back, Ravi and Jack then fight for the gun however during the struggle Jack accidentally fires the gun and shoots Zoe Slater.

After the shooting Ravi and Jack agree to dispose of the gun, both of them are questioned by DS Spencer and it's revealed that the gun was used in two other shooting by Ravi's associates. Ravi uses his alibi and tells DS Spencer that he was with Jack on the night of the shooting. DS Spencer later puts Jack on the spot by asking him why he was with Ravi, Jack lies and tells her he was trying to recruit Ravi to be a police informant, however later on DS Spencer convinces Jack to help her find the gun and bring Ravi down. The following day Ravi is furious with Jack when he doesn't turn up to get rid of the gun and demands that they get rid of it immediately, Jack later plants the gun in Ravi's flat to frame Ravi for the shooting. However Ravi finds out and retrieves the gun, Ravi declares war on Jack and tells Denise that Jack was the one who shot Zoe and blackmails Jack demanding £100,000. After Ravi nearly splits up with Priya Nandra-Hart because of his involvement in the drug gang Ravi decides he wants out of the gang, however he is threatened into staying by his bosses when they have Tobias give him photographs taken of his children.
