Phillip Mitchell

Phillip Mitchell was the grandfather of Phil Mitchell, and and father of Archie Mitchell, Eric Mitchell and Clive Mitchell.

Phillip Mitchell was born in about 1915 in Walford. He had a brother Kenneth Mitchell. Phillip married a woman called Sandra in about 1938 and they had 3 sons, Archie Mitchell in 1939, Eric Mitchell in 1940 and Clive Mitchell in 1943. Phillip joined the RAF and was a sergeant but was later demoted to store worker. Phillip died in June 1969.
