Philip Dowling (born 8th April 1988 in London) is an actor who appeared as Leo Taylor in EastEnders from October 2004 to August 2005.
He is the third-cousin of EastEnders star Lacey Turner who plays Stacey Fowler. He starred as Alfie Wallace in 2000 Acres of Sky with Michelle Collins who played Cindy Beale in EastEnders, and he was in The Bill four times.
