Pamela Ann Clements (born 11th May 1942 in Harrow on the Hill, Middlesex), known professionally as Pam St Clement, is an English actress who portrayed Pat Evans in EastEnders from June 1986 to January 2012, with a one–off return in May 2016, thereby becoming one of the programme's longest-serving cast members.
St Clement has also appeared in Emmerdale Farm, Minder, Angels and Casualty.
