Storylines

A video shop assistant who worked at Walford Video under the management of Nigel Bates. He was inadvertently responsible for getting Nigel sacked when he didn't cover the shop for him when promised. When Walford Video goes into new management the following year, Nigel gets his job back and later rehires Neil as his assistant. On 9 March 1998, Nigel mentions that Neil is leaving Walford Video to become a trainee estate agent. Robbie Jackson replaces him as Nigel's new assistant.
