Mr Beauchamp was the husband of Rose Cotton.
Rose lived in Liverpool with Mr Beauchamp, and they had an unhealthy and violent relationship. After leaving him, Rose changed her identity and name back to 'Rose Cotton' so that he couldn't find her.
