Storylines[]
A Health & Safety Executive who visits Mitchell's Autos with his colleague, Mr. Hall, to inspect the premises following a report from the Trading Standards Office. He deems it an unsafe working environment and issues the owner, Phil Mitchell, with an improvement and prohibition notice. He warns him that he could face prosecution if he contravenes either notice and that'll return in 15 working days for a second inspection.
