Malcom Keeble was the husband of Mrs Keeble, and the father of Samantha Keeble. He made his only appearance on 5 September 2022. He was portrayed by Christopher Pizzey.
Storylines[]
Catching the Mitchells and murder[]
On 27 January 1979, Mr Keeble was working as a security guard for a warehouse in the East End. Whilst he was on a break, the warehouse was robbed by Eric Mitchell, Phil Mitchell, Grant Mitchell, Stephen Mitchell, Billy Mitchell and Charlie Mitchell. Keeble finished his break and made his way back to the warehouse, but noticed Charlie loitering outside. He chased Charlie into the warehouse where he was confronted by the rest of the Mitchells. Eric ordered Phil to shoot Keeble dead, however Keeble mentioned his daughter Samantha, and Phil couldn't follow through, leaving Eric with no choice but to shoot him himself.
Mrs Keeble and his daughter Samantha Keeble are then informed of his death.
Post-murder and repercussions[]
Samantha discovers the Mitchell's were involved in her father's death and wants revenge on the Mitchell's. Years later Samantha blackmails Phil into becoming a police informant and forces Phil to grass his cousin Billy to the police for justice, even after Phil tells Samantha that it was his father who killed him, not Billy. Phil later tries to get Billy to Portugal to flee from Samantha and the police but after being caught by Freddie Slater, the police catch and arrest him for the murder of Malcom.
