Kandice Taylor made her first appearance on 28 December 2017, and her last on the 20 July 2018. After her wildly popular first stint in 2017, she was revealed to be returning for another stint in 2018. She is the sister of Karen Taylor and the mother of Princess Taylor. She is portrayed by Hannah Spearritt.
Storylines[]
When the Taylors belongings are removed by bailiffs due to Karen failing to repay loans and they can get them back the next day if they can raise £1,000, Karen and her daughter, Bernadette Taylor (Clair Norris), go to visit Kandice. Kandice agrees to lend them the money, but when Karen begins arguing with her, Kandice changes her mind. Bernadette meets up with Kandice and emotionally pleads with her to help, but she apologetically refuses to but when the bailiffs are due to visit, Kandice turns up with the money. After bickering again and Karen throwing the money back, Kandice and Karen make up.
Kandice returns in July the following year to ask her sister for help. She has told her partner Malcolm's golf club that she would take participate in a sponsored climb of Mont Blanc. However, she doesn't want to do this, and turns up at Karen's to ask her for help. Karen asks the local kids to help, and Tiffany Butcher faked a picture using special effects. However, Kandice stupidly tells them she will take a live video. Everyone thinks she has gone too far and refuse to help her, however Karen feels sorry for her and helps her by putting up a tent in the Taylor residence and getting Chatham and Riley to shake it about. It all goes smoothly until Keegan waltzes in asking for his football top, and Karen accidentally turns the camera to face him. The wife of the golf club manager is fuming, and comes to visit Kandice. However, Kandice bribes her with the sponsorship money in return for her husband receiving gold golf club membership and that she will never tell anyone of what has happened. It works, and Kandice leaves.
In December 2018, she and Mitch Baker turn up at Karen's house. Kandice sneaks him into the bathroom, and Karen walks in. She is furious, however Kandice eventually tells her that Mitch was just trying to fit a new bathroom.
