Storylines[]
Jameson is Kim Fox's solicitor after she was arrested for dangerous driving, after she crashed her car and Denzel Danes was injured. as Judge Ali is listening to the evidence. The CPS Solicitor tells Judge Ali that Kim has a previous offence of poor driving and her driving on the day of her car crash with Denzel was of a really poor standard. The CPS Solicitor also says she believes that their court can't give Kim a severe enough sentence, Judge Ali agrees and releases Kim on temporary bail and tells her she will be sentenced in crown court. Judge Ali tells Kim she does not attend she will be arrested. Kim looks over at Jameson and says "you said everything would be okay", Jameson tells Kim to just agree to everything the judge says.
Jameson re-appears on 3 July 2023 to defend Kim in court. At the court Denzel defends Kim, telling the court that Kim has already been punished enough and that he doesn't want her to go to prison. The lawyer working against Kim then proceeds to show a CCTV recording of Kim and Denzel's crash, Denise tells Jameson to have the video switched off as the video causes Kim to have a panic attack but the court refuses Jameson's request to turn off the video. The court think Kim is faking it due to her having no medical history of panic attacks and they have Kim arrested.
