Isaacs made is first appearance 23 November 2009. He is portrayed by Tony Pritchard.
Storylines
was a lone shark and Phil Mitchell borrowed some money of him. When he first appeared, he was in The Arches and he interviewed Minty. When Minty later followed him to see, who he was, Isaac's confronted him and told him to but out, in which he did. When it was time for Phil to pay up, Isaac and some other lone sharks came to the Queen Vic and beat up Phil.
After they beat him up, the knocked out Phil was found by his son, Ben Mitchell. The day after, he called Phil, whilst spying on him and said Enjoy your paper, and this scared Phil. He eventually paid him back.
