Backstory[]
Helen started a relationship with Ryan Malloy after he got released on the basis of lack of evidence. Ryan left Walford in 2016 to start a new life with her and it was revealed that they married in 2017. Helen is infertile, however she was not diagnosed until she had miscarried three times.
