Heather Trott was a loveable character introduced in 2007 by executive producer Diederick Santer. She was chased away from her original place of residence in a dispute involving the butchering of the local farmers sheep, believed to be the only thing at the time able to keep Heathers unstoppable appetite for blood. She is the best friend of Shirley Carter. She is a big fan of George Michael and has even broke into the garden that she thought was George's garden but it was not. In 2008, she got married to Minty Peterson as part of a wedding competition even though Minty didn't really love her. She suffers from asthma. And recently had a baby also called George, the father is Darren Miller.

She enjoyed a brief engagement with Andrew Cotton, the long-lost nephew of Dot Branning.

Heather was murdered in March 2012 by Ben Mitchell after he thought she grassed him up to the police, when it was actually Ian Beale.

Heather loved the simple things in life - her perfect night? A Cagney and Lacey box-set on the sofa with her best mate Shirl, some cheesy chips, followed by a bop to her Best of the 80s compilations.

But life wasn't easy for our Hev. She was bullied all her life - by her mum and her schoolmates - and lacked confidence as a result. Her best mate Shirl fought her corner, but even though she had Hev's best interests at heart, her friendship was sometimes stifling.

Things changed when Heather became pregnant with baby George. Though it wasn't plain sailing with George's Dad, Darren Miller, Heather found purpose through being a mum, and the confidence to stand up for herself - for George's sake.

And when she fell in love and became engaged to Andrew Cotton, everything looked to be turning out rosy. But unfortunately, there was no happy ever after for Heather. She was tragically murdered by Ben and has gone to the great 80s convention in the sky.

Quotes

"Shirls!" (What Heather calls Shirley)

"Just wait till I tell Shirley about this. NO BEN..." (final words before she is murdered)
