Ginger Pete made his first appearance on 20 April 2015 and last on 5 July 2016. He was portrayed by John Merit.
Backstory[]
Ginger Pete was a childhood friend of Stan Carter, he met him when Stan and his family moved to Billingsgate.
In his younger years, Pete had a mop of ginger hair hence his given nickname. Stan's miscreant ways as a youth was a result of Ginger Pete's bad influence over him.
Storylines[]
Ginger Pete came to Walford for Stan Carter's funeral. Later during Peggy Mitchell's wake he is seen standing outside The Queen Victoria pub.
