Storylines[]
Fraser is a prisoner in the same wing as Mick Carter, Mick asks Fraser to get him a phone. Fraser tells Mick to steal a tin of beans, Fraser used the lid to cut another prisoners throat. After Fraser attempts to frame Bob Matthews unsuccessful by getting Mick to plant drugs, he tells Mick to kill Bob.
