Alex Ferns was born on 13th October 1968 in Dumbarton, Scotland. He is a Scottish actor who portrayed villainous abuser Trevor Morgan in EastEnders from 2000 to 2002 when his character was killed in a house fire.
Alex is also known for his role as Rick Harper in BBC Scotland soap opera, River City between 2017 and 2018. He has also appeared in films including The Batman, Joyeux Noel and Wrath of Man.
