Summary[]
Phil and Grant learn from Sanjay that Tricky Dicky had told the police that Frank was under financial strain. Steve takes Della to George Street to show her a run down pet shop which they are going to take over and convert into a hair salon. Carol finds Bianca and David hanging out together at the café and asks David for a private word.
Shelley dresses up smartly for her family meal later on. She shows Mark what she is wearing in the hopes it will seduce him, but she has no luck, as he is not interested. Frank is released on bail. Nellie listens to Cindy. Ricky is thrilled to have his assault charges against the schoolboy dropped. He tells Frank upon his return home, but Frank does not care. Nigel gets the job at the video shop. Phil and Grant take Tricky Dicky into the hallway at the Vic and threaten him violently. Sharon witnesses Grant's dark side start to prevail again and warns him he is reverting to his old ways and she does not want that. Carol tells David she did not have an abortion, and that he Bianca's father. He struggles to absorb the bombshell. Phil visits Frank and is reassured that nothing was said in his interview. Bianca finds David at the launderette with Carol. David immediately leaves and Bianca realises she has said something to him. She accuses her of being jealous. Mark skips Shelley's family meal. Tricky Dicky wants a word with Sanjay. Ian takes Cindy to a basement and tells her it is his new office. He has set up a new company - Ian Beale Finances. Frank is dissatisfied with the schoolboy's parents for having Ricky potentially charged in the first place and heads to see him after a few drinks. David confronts Pat over Bianca and is upset to learn she knew the news before him. He questions whether coming to the Square was a wise move. Frank vocalises his annoyance to Mr and Mrs Smith for what they put Ricky through. He ends with a speech on how people keep trying to knock him down but cannot, because he always remain standing. |
