Summary[]

Angie is at the Walford police station giving her statement about the car accident and they telephone Den since she says she took the car without permission. He lies and tell them that he gave her the car to use. Later DS Quick comes to the Vic and tells Den that as an accessory after the fact he'll be in trouble as well if he doesn't tell the truth. Den goes back to see the WPC and changes his story.

Angie admits to the police that she was responsible for taking Den's car. Den claims he knew about Angie taking the car. DS Quick then tells Den that lying is perjury so he tells WPC Alison Howard that Angie did steal his car.

Mark visits Lou while his parents and sister are out but sneaks out when they arrive. Lou tells Pauline and Arthur that they lied to Mark about Lou being on her death bed and that she is still angry she was not taken to Southend to find Mark.

Pauline overhears Mary talking about being a stripper, a job she wanted to keep secret.

Simon offers to help Naima go to the cash and carry as she has no transport and she offers to make him a curry.

Kelvin tells Tony he should stand up to Neville for the abuse Cassie suffered.
