Summary[]
Grant's worries for Nigel begin to grow as no one has seen him in over a week. Ian finds Cindy at the Vic with Sharon, Shelley and Tricky Dicky and is not happy.

Frank lets Ricky sleep on the floor of Janine's bedroom at the flat after regretting kicking him out. Janine wears her new coat to school, which cost Frank a fortune. Tricky Dicky eyes Number 55 up from across the road. He has a present for Shelley. Ian works at the café alone. Cindy finds him and feels he is avoiding her, despite him insisting he is not. Shelley is gifted expensive perfume from Tricky Dicky. Sharon encourages Grant to take Roly for a walk to help distract him. He finds Nigel on the market as he heads outside and asks Mandy to walk Roly for him in exchange for cash. Grant takes Nigel to the café and learns he went to a beach to clear his mind. Shelley heads to the Vic to have a drink with Tricky Dicky. Cindy tries to warn her not to play games with Tricky Dicky but she does not listen. Ricky argues with Frank and decides he is going to move into the squat. He returns promptly however when Aidan tells him it will be too cramped having a third person living there. Grant looks for Mandy as she has not returned from her walk with Roly. Janine's new coat is torn when she falls over at school. Frank is furious with her and yells at her, making her cry. Tricky Dicky goes back into the market and buys Shelley an expensive, seductive outfit. She laughs at him and tells him that she has been winding him up. He reminds her it takes two to tango, gives her the outfit anyway and hastily leaves afterwards. Sharon learns from Aidan and Nigel that Grant gave Roly to Mandy. She goes to question Grant when Mandy returns with only the dog lead. Mandy explains that Roly slipped the lead after seeing a cat, was hit by a lorry and has died. Sharon cries and blames Grant, telling him she never wants to see him again. |
