Summary[]
Phil is looking after the Vic while Grant is on remand. He is lusting over Sharon. Clyde is working for Frank and his cab has a breakdown and he has to get a tow truck to tow it back to the Square. Ian introduces Cindy to Hattie and Steve.

Grant's bail hearing arrives and Sharon is nervous. Michelle asks Dot about Nigel as a lodger. Cindy gets the feeling Hattie does not like her. Nigel is keen to become a lodger at Number 55, but Michelle tells him not to get his hopes up. Phil attends Grant's bail hearing while Sharon stays at the Vic. Michelle shows Shelley, her friend from college and potential lodger, around Number 55. Sanjay and Tricky Dicky both like the look of Cindy, but Tricky Dicky is more determined to get her out for a drink with him. Kathy's interviews for a new café assistant do not go well. Shelley accepts a room at Number 55. Pat knocks on Ian's door to see Cindy. She does not want an argument - she wants to see Steven and understand what happened. Ian asks Kathy to be happy for him and Cindy. Clyde starts working for Frank but is left infuriated when the car breaks down whilst he is cabbing. Sylvia Weng-Chung impresses Kathy at the café interviews. Shelley insists on paying more rent than Michelle as she does not have a child. They inform Nigel they can afford to keep the house without needing him as a lodger. Frank grovels with Clyde to get him back. Tricky Dicky talks to Cindy in the Vic. Kathy catches him talking to her, but Tricky Dicky gets out of trouble when he lies to her and tells her he was issuing Cindy with a warning. Pat is in a good mood after seeing Steven. Phil returns from the courts - Grant was not given bail. Sharon admits to Phil that now Grant is out the way they can be together. Phil kisses her on the neck, and it then turns into something more intimate. |
