Summary[]

An incident at Walford High sparks a heated debate. Joel hits Amy Jack goes over to confront Joel a massive row erupts on the square. Joel and Tommy go AWOL Joel provokes Ross and he punches the wall Joel and Vicky have an argument Joel gets angry and punches Vicky as she is lying on the floor he mocks her An incident at Walford High sparks a heated debate.


At Walford High, an incident between Joel Marshall and Amy Mitchell quickly escalates. Joel lashes out and strikes Amy, leaving her shaken and prompting immediate concern from those around her. Word of the altercation spreads fast, and Jack Branning, protective of his niece, storms over to confront Joel. What begins as a heated exchange spirals into a massive row on the Square, drawing in neighbours and family members who witness the confrontation.

In the aftermath, Joel and Tommy disappear from sight, going AWOL and leaving their families worried and frustrated.

Joel's behaviour grows increasingly erratic. He provokes Ross, who — torn between loyalty and fury at Joel's destructive actions — punches a wall in anger and despair.

Meanwhile, an argument between Vicky and Joel escalates when he, consumed by rage, lashes out violently and punches Vicki, leaving her sprawled on the floor and mocking her vulnerability.

Around the Square, the residents find themselves drawn into the ripple effects of Joel's actions.

Jack struggles to balance his protective instincts with the need to keep the peace, while Denise and Kim Fox rally around Amy, offering support and trying to shield her from further harm.

Alfie and Kat, alongside Zoe and Sharon Watts, weigh in on the growing tensions, each with their own perspective on how the community should respond.
