Summary[]

Clyde returns to the Square. Michelle and his family are thrilled to see him back. Frank and Pat have another argument over Ricky. Dot is beside herself with sadness from Nick's departure.

Arthur vents to Michelle about Pete outdoing him on everything. They have a laugh when Arthur cuts the top of the Christmas tree off instead of the bottom.

Pete checks in on Dot following Nick's arrest.

A huge party is thrown by the Taverniers to celebrate Clyde's return.

Ricky and Sam decide to spend Christmas at Peggy's.

Ian denies Steve time off at Christmas because Hattie has already taken it.

Dot burns her food and has a meltdown - she throws her Christmas tree in the bin and tears her decorations down.

Celestine gives a speech for Clyde's return.

Grant takes one of Sharon's dresses and later returns it. She finds it on the floor in the hallway of the Vic and wonders why it is there.

Mark and Rachel's relationship goes from strength to strength.

Clyde begins feeling suffocated by his family from the party and wonders if they are throwing it for him or for them. He tells Michelle he intends to leave and start a new life elsewhere when he has the money. She is upset by his confession, thinking they were getting somewhere.
