Summary

- This episode was an hour long to celebrate the 40th anniversary of EastEnders. The opening titles used the dark night version, previously used on 31 May 2023 for Lola Pearce-Brown's death.
- Death of Reiss Colwell. He is next seen on 3 March 2025 as a hallucination to Bianca Jackson.
- Return of Angie Watts, last seen on 19 May 1988, as she appears as a hallucination to Sharon Watts. This is her final appearance.
- After this episode was broadcast, there were two interactive votes for viewers to make. The first one being who Denise Fox should choose as a lover - Jack Branning and Ravi Gulati. The second choice was the name of Sonia Fowler's baby (after the character announced in the episode that she couldn't decide to either call her baby Julia or Toni).
