- This episode features a flashback to 19 April 2014. Cindy is told about Lucy's death and she leaves George in Marbella and goes to Walford. Footage from the 22 April 2014 episode was used for the flashback with some additional material. Peter's scream is also layered over new footage.
- Ricky Norwood reprises the role of Arthur 'Fatboy' Chubb in the flashback scenes. His character is incorrectly credited as Arthur 'Fatboy' Chubbs. This is the final appearance of the character.
