Denise seeks solace in the bottle and a new friend. Sharon is desperate to find out why Zack's a mess, and Lola and Jay have a big announcement.

Ravi thanks Denise for having his back, and they bond over the perils of parenting.

Denzel bunks off with Amy so he can beg her to get help.

It's Jean's 60th birthday but she bans Stacey from throwing a party, as they can't afford it.

Harvey accompanies Jean to work and hits on an idea to solve the Slaters' money problems.

Denise and Howie learn of more drama for the teens when they find Amy and Denzel in the playground.

At the Branning's there's a row which ends with Amy accusing Denise of not caring about her and Jack snapping at Denise.

Chelsea, Finlay and Felix are curious about Zack and suspect there's more to his odd behaviour than meets the eye.

Sharon offers Zack her support promising to be there for him whenever he's ready to talk.

Lola invites the family for a meal.
