Martin does not tell Stacey he was offered the market inspector job but calls Mr Lister to decline the job so that he can offer it to Stacey. Nancy and Zack visit Linda, who is drunk. Nancy discovers that she has been left to run the pub alone and Linda tells her that Mick abandoned her and took Ollie away so she started to drink again. Nancy makes an announcement to convince Linda to stop drinking and be with her family but Linda says her family are difficult to love. Janine tells Mick that Linda chose to have an affair and to drink and Mick agrees that he would not have started a relationship with someone else if Linda was having a hard time. Janine says their marriage was rocky before she arrived and Mick later hears a voicemail from Linda asking for a divorce. Kat tells Phil that she thinks Denise has gone to the police. Phil confronts Denise and her family but Kim says he killed Vincent and Denise says the police are on their way. Sharon tells Phil to either leave the country or be arrested. Sonia discovers that Rocky is now one of her patients. The next day, bomb disposal and counter terrorist police surround the site of the future mosque. The news spreads and the bomb is disposed of. Neil visits Aaron, who insists he sent the text message and it is not his fault the bomb did not detonate. Neil checks Aaron's phones and sees no evidence of him calling the police. Later, Harvey and Aaron worry that Neil and his friends will work out that they called the police. Nancy finds out that Janine visited Linda so punches her and accuses her of getting her drunk and trying to end Mick and Linda's marriage. Janine decides to move out for Nancy's sake and convinces Sonia to let her move in. Phil decides to flee and tells Kat he will take Raymond. Kat convinces him not to because he will be charged with abduction, however, Denise realises Raymond is missing. Police arrive to arrest Phil, who has Raymond at the car lot. Sharon tells him to stay and fight but when the police and Denise see them, he dives away at speed leaving Denise devastated. Shirley tells Sonia that Rocky still wants her as a daughter, urging her to give him another chance. Ash agrees to spend more time with Eve after enjoying the party with her, telling Suki she wants to spend more time with "her people"; Suki accuses her of continuously changing her sexuality. |
