Summary[]
Etta braces herself for a big meeting at the school. John decides he wants Eddie to host a charity darts match at the Vic. Mark hides in his bedroom following Disa's revelation.

Diane visits Mark and promises him that she did not tell Disa about his HIV. Sharon tells Grant she is going to visit her mother abroad as she is remarrying. They kiss goodbye. Arthur gets to work on an exciting project in the Square gardens. Diane phones a counsellor and arranges a meeting. Grant and Phil agree to get involved in the charity match. Mark goes out with his friend, Rob. Eddie desperately tries to make amends with Kathy. Diane confronts Disa over how she learnt the truth. The charity darts match gets underway at the Vic. Etta is appointed acting headmistress at Walford Primary following a vote of no confidence in the headmistress, Mrs. Faversham. The Vic's team lose the charity match. Grant and Phil tell the opposition that they are better at pool, so they all agree a pool match. Diane talks to the counsellor about Mark and his HIV diagnosis. Mark gets eyed up by a woman at a party. Diane realises she has left the AIDS leaflet on the kitchen table at the B&B and worries someone has seen it. She rushes home and is relieved when no one sees it. Mark gets back and Diane tells him he needs to seek help and talk to someone. |
