Summary[]
Ian gleefully warns Max he now has the upper hand on him - unless Max wants the whole Square to know who he has been kissing. Tina visits Mick, who is despondent after his day at the care home, but she assumes he is upset because of losing the Vic and sets out to get rid of Ian for good. Meanwhile, Jack and Whitney warn Tiffany about her surrogacy plans and Thompson confronts Callum.
|
A smug Ian declares to Max he will not be selling the Vic and knows about his and Linda's affair. Rainie apologises to Tiffany for yesterday's behaviour just as Whitney finds Tiffany and wants to talk to her. Max informs Linda that Ian knows they kissed. Jack and Whitney have words with Keegan and Tiffany. DI Thompson punches Callum as he is now under review over the 999 call that went nowhere. Stuart witnesses the punch and intervenes, smacking DI Thompson back. Tiffany is tired to being treated like a child. Keegan pledges support to whatever she decides as Jack advises Tiffany over the illegality of Rainie and Stuart's offer. Excitement builds as Bobby, Kathy and Sharon finalise plans for the Lucy Beale Foundation Award ceremony. Kathy boasts a huge £20,000 cheque for Bobby to give to the winner. Ian is locked in the freezer as he puts some stock back. Max holds the door shut from the outside as Ian panics and has flashbacks of him and Dennis on the sinking boat. Max opens the door and Ian falls to the floor in shock. Max presses his foot over Ian's neck and warns him to stay silent over his and Linda's kiss and get him his money, or else. A worried Callum pushes Stuart away. Tina incorrectly assumes Mick's distant behaviour is the result of losing the family unit he built at the Vic. Sharon sorts the finances out for the Lucy Beale Foundation Award upstairs, and as she goes to check on Albie, Ian eyes up the £20,000 in the account. Stuart admits to Rainie that he is frightened he will mess things up with their new baby, just like he did with Zara. Rainie reassures him otherwise. Keegan voices his opinions to Tiffany over the surrogacy, convinced they are doing it for the wrong reason. It helps her change her mind over her decision. Kathy slates Ian to Tina at the Prince Albert. Once she has gone, Tina makes a report for mortgage fraud. Sharon falls asleep with the laptop unlocked and the bank account containing the £20,000 on the screen. Ian manages to transfer the money from the account to Max without waking her. |
