Stuart's failed proposal to Rainie continues to play on his mind. Callum hints she may not want a traditional proposal. Determined to ensure she does not find out about Michaela's campaign, Sonia sneakily takes Whitney's phone out of her coat when she is not looking. Mitch encourages Keegan to file a complaint against DI Thompson. Ash's apology to Iqra falls on deaf ears. Iqra insists an apology will not cut it as she does not like the attitude she adopts if she does not fit in with her family's way of dealing with something. Whitney senses something is wrong when stallholders begin staring at her. Stuart asks Rainie to meet him in the funeral parlour for lunch at 4pm. Michaela's hateful website against Whitney becomes the topic of conversation among residents at the Vic. Whitney then arrives, cutting the talk short. Ruby ends up telling her what is going on. Sonia gives Whitney her phone back. She cries and rushes home after seeing spiteful comments online. Max follows her, wanting to talk. Keegan messes up a business order. Iqra warns him not to put their business in jeopardy because of his personal troubles. Tiffany adds to Keegan's pressures by suggesting they move back in with Jack as living at Karen's flat is not working. Ash tells Vinny she thinks Iqra is being "controlling". Suki interrupts their conversation by returning from Middlesbrough early. Having overheard what Ash was saying, she tries to get to the bottom of her relationship issues but is unsuccessful. Max tries talking sense and fight back into Whitney. Rainie storms off after arriving at the funeral parlour to find an upright coffin, which Stuart, dressed as a vampire, falls out of and onto one knee. Max tells Whitney what it is like to be imprisoned in the hopes it will keep her driven to clear her name. Ash tells Iqra she loves her. Iqra repeats the words back to her and they passionately kiss. Rainie locks herself in the flat bathroom. Stuart grovels for forgiveness. Rainie winds him up before finally accepting his proposal. Keegan's anger boils over when he feels targeted by Mitch and Tiffany. He ends up throwing a bowl at the door, alarming Bailey. Tiffany insists they are to go back to living at Jack's. Gray has trouble getting Michaela's website legally taken down. Callum reminds Rainie that she must divorce Max before she can marry Stuart. Sonia thinks Max has successfully convinced Whitney to keep going, but once alone, Whitney takes her passport out of her drawer. |
