Summary[]

Ian takes great pleasure in kicking Dotty out but he may regret his actions when she realises what he has done and plans her next move. A drunken Billy helps Linda and Mick put their problems into perspective, Chantelle throws herself into work with the Panesars, and Bobby develops a crush on Dotty.

Sharon wakes to an apology note from Phil as he is interviewed by the police.

Ian returns the Arches keys to Dotty's handbag, wakes her up, and kicks her out of his house. He stamps on the phone containing Dennis' voicemail and puts it in the bin, just as Sharon walks in.

Ritchie tells Ben that Phil is refusing to let her represent him at the station.

Tension between Suki and Vinny remains evident.

Bobby is surprised to find Dotty has left Number 45 when he finally gets up.

Ian tells Sharon that Phil has handed himself into the police. Ritchie barges into the interview room and demands to talk to Phil alone.

Karen's house hunting begins, but with little success. She considers looking further afield for a property, which upsets Billy, who convinces himself they will never see each other if she does move outside London.

An estate agent assesses the Vic and advises Linda and Mick to start looking for a new house sharpish.

Ben barges into Number 45 and begs Sharon to reconsider her police statement for Phil's sake, just as she finds the smashed phone in Ian's bin.

Ian catches Dotty with Bobby and warns her to stay away from him. She reminds him of the voicemail she is armed with, to which he sheepishly hints that it no longer exists. A panicked Dotty rushes to the Arches and realises what Ian has done, although she relaxes upon concocting a new lie.

Phil is released by DI Thompson when Sharon withdraws her statement.

Sharon apologises to Linda for her recent outburst and reminisces of old memories at the Vic. Karen breaks the news to Chatham and Riley that they are moving. Mitch admits to Karen he wants to move with her, for Bailey's sake and so that they have an additional income. Karen thanks Mitch with a hug, which is swiftly ruined when he tells her that he loves her. She tells him to leave.

Dotty smirks as she tells Ian she has CCTV footage of him taking the phone.

Vinny does some DJing at the nightclub without asking Ruby. She stops him but agrees to get a reference from his cousin before taking him on.

Billy spouts positivity over Mick and Linda running the Vic, but is left speechless when Mick informs him they are selling up.

Phil visits Sharon at Number 45 to comprehend why she withdrew her statement. She admits that, although they are hurting, she could not put him through anymore pain. Their shared moment turns tender as Phil cracks and they kiss.
