Dot allows Jules and John into her house as she heads out for the bonfire night at the allotments. John has a sudden change of heart and heads to the Vic to get drunk. Sharon leaves Carol's house early and returns to the Square. She tells Ian it is where she belongs and where her real family brought her up. Jules plays the poker match without John. Grant and Phil pull Mark over to one corner at the allotments and tell him it is for the best if he takes the wrap. Michelle overhears the conversation and is horrified.
