Summary[]
Tensions run high at the hospital as the Mitchells rally around Phil's bedside and as one person learns a shocking truth, they are left dumbstruck. Meanwhile, the police close in on a suspect as the evidence stacks up against them.

Ben attempts to kill Phil by blocking his breathing tubes but Jay arrives as alarms sound and a nurse comes in. Phil is fine and Ben tells Jay that everyone would be relieved if Phil died and angrily claps in Phil's face but does not notice that Phil's hand moves. Ben tells Jay he wants Phil dead and that Keanu wormed his way into the family and asks Jay to help kill Phil and that Phil barely tolerates him. Lola gets Lexi to call Ben to say she misses him and loves Phil, which makes Ben tearful. Ben then tells Jay he came back to take Phil's money and Lola is in on the plan, unaware that Phil is regaining consciousness. Jay urges Ben to change for Lexi's sake and says Phil does love Ben and he will not win his respect if he kills him. The nurse then realises that Phil is awake. Morgan interviews Keanu about his argument with Phil and blood being found on his overalls, which are being checked for DNA. Keanu goes home and asks Kush why he said he saw Keanu earlier than he did but Kush insists he told the truth. Keanu tells Karen he is being set up so Karen asks him to tell her everything. He tells her about people trafficking and Louise being kidnapped. Karen tells him to leave the country with Louise. Louise then calls Keanu to say Phil is awake. Ben tells Phil that he was attacked by Keanu. Jean regrets not going with Stacey and Martin but Kat tells her she is wanted and needed there as they still have Tommy, Bert, Ernie, Arthur and Cherry to look after. |
