Mel tells Gray that Hunter is being sentenced the next day. She offers to babysit Amy for Jack and uses it as an opportunity to look in his files. She later goes to the Vic with Max. Ian returns home and is surprised to find that Kathy is running a bar and that Ben is back. Things are awkward because he does not know what to say to Bobby. Ben suggests that they celebrate the family reunion in the Vic and Bobby agrees to it. Everyone in the Vic gossips and Rainie makes comments about Bobby being a killer, hoping to get a reaction from Max. Instead, Max offers to buy the Beales a drink and defends Bobby. Bobby runs out of the Vic and locks himself in his room, where he cries with blood on his face. Mel thanks Max for his speech as she is worried that Hunter will never be forgiven. Rainie witnesses Max and Mel kissing. Adam is angry with Habiba and Habiba calls Iqra a hypocrite. Habiba texts Adam, saying she did not know about Mariam trying to find her a husband. A penniless Jay sees that Ruby has a lot of money in the bank and tells Ben but when they go out for dinner, he feels bad about Ruby paying for it.
