Summary[]

Mel is finally reunited with her son but just when she thinks her life can get back on track, Hunter finds out the truth about his father. Karen mixes up everyone's clothes and comes up with a novel way of solving the problem. Honey suspects Billy of playing away from home - unaware he has lost his job. Mariam tells the social worker her concerns about Daisy's adoptive parents.


Sharon returns the money to Ciara, so Ciara returns Hunter to Mel. However, realising that some money is missing, Ciara returns to reveal to Hunter that Steve Owen died in a fire - not of a heart attack as Mel told him - and he murdered a woman, Saskia Duncan, in February 1999.

Mariam, Arshad, Dan, Ashley and social worker Viktoria have a meeting about Daisy. Afterwards, Mariam admits to Arshad that she finds it too hard when children leave their care and wants to give up fostering.

Karen, who has been offering an ironing service to the launderette customers, mixes up several people's clothes. Honey has Linda's underwear but Linda is too embarrassed to claim it.

Meanwhile, Billy has told Honey he got a pay rise but Tina urges him to tell Honey the truth. Honey sees them hugging and then tells Billy she knows what he is going to tell her, revealing the underwear that she thinks is Tina's.
