Summary[]

Cindy learns of Sharon and Simon's break-up. Ricky starts working with Grant and Phil. Stuart tells Ian that he could benefit if he is on the council's side for the renovation of the market.

Simon packs his bags and walks over to Pat's, thinking Sharon is asleep. Sharon watches Simon walk his belongings over to the B&B. Ian learns that Simon has ended things. Sharon confronts Simon when he returns to the Vic and he apologises, before mentioning that he knows she hid the brewery letter from him as they have been rejected as tenants of the Vic.

Frank pulls Ricky over and learns that he was fired because he refused to get into illegal business with the manager or the company.

Farah and Nasreen visit Sufia to talk about Shireen and Jabbar. They are convinced the pair are in love and want them to be together.

Grant and Phil learn that Ricky was fired from his last job because of his morals.

Sharon breaks down over her split with Simon and is comforted by Cindy. Ian tries to make Simon see sense.

Ricky says goodbye to Ashraf, Shireen, Sufia and Sohail as they set off for Bristol.

Sharon almost comes face-to-face with her mother but has doubts and leaves.

Cindy wants to talk to Simon. Pat does not think it is a good idea, but agrees to let them talk it out. Simon tells Cindy he cannot stay with Sharon because he is in love with her. Cindy tells Simon if he is after another affair it will not happen as she is devoted to Ian and Steven. She walks out and leaves Simon upset.
