Summary[]

Josh takes matters into his own hands. Jack is stunned when he learns a shocking truth. Whitney decides to play matchmaker.


Max tells Keanu that he knows about Phil's job and he will be used as collateral damage. Max then offers Bernadette £50 for information and tells Phil he knows what he is doing.

Jack continues to support Max; Charlie returns to Walford with Matthew and tells Jack that taking Matthew away was not part of the plan. Jack asks what plan just as Max arrives.

Josh tells Lauren that James bribes Walford Council officials and can prove it - if Lauren can stall James and Fi during their press launch at the community centre. Lauren delays their photographer and chains herself to the community centre but is arrested. Josh transfers files to a memory stick but is caught by James. Josh accuses James of destroying a community and quits his job. Josh finds Lauren, who has been cautioned, and she kisses him after he explains what happened.

Whitney attempts to set up Donna and Robbie by locking them in the Vic's kitchen; they almost kiss but she interrupts them and Robbie says it was a waste of time.
