Summary[]

Phil continues to show Vincent up. Kathy lets her anger be known but she is floored when she learns the truth.

Luke returns Max's belongings from the office, while Abi returns home and is confused about people blaming Max for things, later saying that it is typical of them.

The Carters decide that they can take Weyland to court as their admin costs are clearly fake, but James says that the signature forgery they discovered will be brought up.

Kathy refuses to serve Luke in the café but he denies the assault on Ben and reveals that he owns the café; Kathy finds out this is true from Ian, who reveals he never received paperwork he was promised when he sold the freehold, so Weyland can do what they want. Kathy confronts Fi, who says she knows Kathy lied about James, but Kathy tells Fi the truth and tries to convince her that she was raped, her life was ruined, and all the other women cannot be wrong.

Lauren goes to work but Luke asks her to serve eviction papers on Ian. She refuses and leaves. Josh gives her the office copy of Max's contract, saying that he is entitled to the money and Weyland always set out to destroy him. He lets Lauren decide what she does with the contract.

Luke goes back to the Square, where Phil watches as masked men bundle him into a van.

Max's belongings from Fi's flat are then returned to him and Lauren and Stacey see how devastated he is.

Kim tells Vincent she has lost the baby, while Aidan tells Vincent to get rid of Kim's tablet that he used when researching their plan.
