Summary[]
Arthur starts his new job. Tony gets some good news. Andy has an unusual request for Debbie. Nick is really starting to feel the pressure, but very few are sympathetic. Tony and Hannah argue as usual about Kelvin, but come to an agreement to support his business aspirations. Den's latest venture has the Vic cluttered with boxes, and Sharon continues to turn up the heat.

Pauline hides a letter from the housing team about the family's living arrangements. Arthur tells Pauline that they will make sure Lou is at bingo at the time of the visit. Tony ropes Kelvin and Ian into tidying the flat up in preparation for Hannah's return. Andy tells Debbie about a six-year-old patient, Stuart, who he wants to care for at home. Debbie disapproves of Andy's proposal, telling him not to get involved in patients' personal lives, but Andy ignores Debbie. Michelle is happy for Arthur when he tells her his first day at his new job went well. Lofty is persuaded by Nick to help him with a job which he claims is not illegal. Lou sees Lofty and Nick talking and warns Lofty away from Nick. Hannah arrives at the flat to discuss what to do about Kelvin's future. The pair head over to the café to discuss Kelvin and Hannah tells Tony she is dating someone new. Angie tells Kathy that Den is seeing his mistress again. Dot confronts Lou about what she said to Lofty. Lofty asks Andy for advice to get Nick support to stay off drugs. Hannah tells Kelvin that she is proud of him and his business venture. Angie winds Den up as they shift the boxes in the hallway upstairs. The boxes contain linen which Den is planning to sell to make extra cash. Sharon flirts with Lofty and Tony at the bar. Angie finds Sharon flirting and tells her to go upstairs. Tony makes a remark about how Sharon is just like her mother, shocking Angie. |
