Summary[]

Stacey grows fed up of the feud between Martin and Kush and steps in to help the old friends to finally put their differences aside. Denise returns to the job centre, where her pride receives a further blow when it is suggested that she goes to the food bank. Ian's first visit to the slimming club seems to give him a new lease of life. Meanwhile, Whitney struggles to focus after receiving a letter from Lee's solicitor.

DS Cole asks witnesses about Jack and Charlie's fight; Honey attempts to defend Jack by saying that he is grieving and stressed. Later, in interview, Jack denies causing Charlie's injuries and it is revealed that Max assaulted Charlie and framed Jack.

Stacey convinces Martin to allow Kush to look after Arthur and later tells Martin not to blame Kush for Shakil's actions and gets them bonding again.

Denise discovers that because she left her job voluntarily, she will not receive any benefits for 10 weeks. The advisor, Kieran, refers her to a food bank.

Whitney receives a letter from Lee's solicitor, which claims that her behaviour was unreasonable. Woody says it is just a legal term and not a big deal.

Ian attends his slimming class but makes jokes until he realises the dire situations some of his classmates have been in and tells Jane he will take it seriously from now on.
