Summary[]
Dot overhears Laurie slating Pete's fruit and veg stall. Sufia asks Ashraf about his secret lover. Marge quits her job at the B&B.

Pat tells Michelle that she has heard Kathy is going away with Laurie. Cindy overhears the pairs conversation and confirms Pat's suspicions. She then repeats the conversation to Pete in the café, while Dot repeats what she has heard to Pete when he returns to the stall. Mr. Rhodes returns to the Vic in search of Mo. Frank tells him that she is on holiday, so he asks him who is looking after the community centre in her absence. Frank says it is Marge. Pete prepares to confront Laurie but is stopped by Arthur and Trevor. Marge is told off by Mr. Rhodes, who thinks that she has stolen the higher charges for the community centre. Shireen visits Sharon and confides in her about her about her family's problems. After their talk, Trevor gives Shireen chocolates. Pauline tells Arthur she has had an interview with Mr. Papadopoulos about getting her job back at the launderette with a pay rise included. Pete confronts Laurie and almost gets physical with him. Danny visits Michelle whilst she babysits at Number 45. They spend the evening together. Pauline gets angry with a woman she spots flirting with Arthur. Hazel gets Rod drunk. They head back to Dot's house to have sex. Danny hastily leaves Michelle when he realises he has to get back to his family. Michelle grows tired of Danny constantly favouring his family. He leaves and she cries. Arthur and Pauline return home and comfort her. |
