Julie apologises to Kathy for leaving her meal early. Diane returns from a friend's house in search of Paul. There's a Halloween party in the Vic.

Dot is intrigued by a couple of yuppies looking at Ali's flat on the Square and decides to befriend them. Simon wonders what to tell Frank about the missing £100 from the till. Trevor informs Pete that Laurie is handing out apples on his stall for free. Pete rages and fights with Laurie when he sees him. Simon tells Frank about the missing £100. Frank tells Simon he took the money out of the till and forgot to say anything about it. Kathy gets her hair done at Julie's hair salon ready for the Halloween party taking place in the Vic in the evening. Shireen questions Sufia over Ashraf's continual disappearances. Sufia insists Ashraf is working. Kathy and Laurie meet for lunch at the Vic. Junior and Melody dress up for Halloween and go trick-or-treating. They visit Dot's house and throw eggs at her when she does not give them anything. Dot chases the pair but falls over and hurts her ankle. Julie knows what she wants to dress as for the Halloween party. Arthur and Pete give Martin a Chinese takeaway. Michelle worries Martin will get sick. Kathy dresses up for the Halloween party and attends it with Laurie. Julie catches Laurie when he is alone and shows off her devil costume. Laurie then ditches Kathy for Julie. Kathy dances with Ian and sees Julie and Laurie leave together. |
