Summary[]

Kathy tells Pauline that Pete is staying out in New Zealand for another month. Diane smells perfume on Paul and gets jealous. They argue. Sharon and Simon plan to hold a pair's darts competition at the Vic.

Arthur is unhappy with Laurie's stall being so close to Pete's.

Julie has plumbing issues with one of the sinks at her hair salon. Michelle asks Paul to fix it for her. Ricky demands he goes along so he can see Marie.

Ashraf promotes his new dry cleaning service. Sohail returns from school early, claiming he is ill.

Paul gets dirty whilst working on the plumbing at Julie's hair salon. She cleans him up.

Trevor pairs with Mo whilst Pauline partners with Ian for the darts competition.

Marge's first shift at the launderette does not go smoothly. Ethel tries to help her but is unsuccessful. Pauline arrives and helps get everything back in order.

Simon sets up a betting board for the darts competition.

Vince holds his party at the community centre. Rod takes Hazel.

Ethel's partner, Reggie, is absent for the darts competition due to illness, disqualifying her.

Diane apologises to Paul for her jealousy.

Laurie introduces himself to Kathy and invites her to lunch with him.

Margaret Stone arrives at the Vic in search of Ethel. She finds her and tells her that she is Benny's daughter, and will not let her have any of his inheritance money.

Ian and Pauline win the darts competition, but a fight breaks out when a thief tries stealing the prize money.
