Carmel decides to spend the night sleeping with Aisha and Junior instead of Matthew. He gets upset. Pat overhears Frank telling Kathy how much he appreciates her. Sue is on edge following her confrontation with Donna the night before. Michelle makes a phone call, asking someone if Jan Hammond can phone her in the evening. Arthur wants to know why Michelle and Pauline are struggling to get along. Pat officially opens Frank's new motor business. Pete looks forward to his meal with Kathy. Ricky asks Mo if he can take Roly into school for a project on animal welfare. Donna keeps Dot close to her for support. Donna tries to talk to Rod but he ignores her. Kathy sits Pete down for their meal together and tells him she is planning a trial separation. Pete is downbeat from the news. Sue abandons the café and leaves Ian on his own. Diane takes a phone call at the Vic from a hybrid kennel and learns that Ricky is planning on selling Roly. She is furious. Sharon answers the phone at the flat - it is Jan, and she does not know where Den is. Thinking Michelle got in touch with Jan for her, Sharon ensures they go out for drinks together. Ali is disgusted with Mehmet for making them go to a dog fight. Carmel and Matthew end up arguing over Aisha and Junior. Carmel tells Matthew that he is not a man. He punches her for her remark. Sue returns to the café in a state. Mehmet supports her. Ali walks in and she kisses him. Ali is left angered by what he sees and a brutal fight ensues. Sue watches on in horror at what she has caused. |
