Michelle tells Doctor Samuels that Doctor Legg was unhelpful to Donna. Ian and Cindy plan their engagement party. Pauline quizzes Sharon about Den, prompting Michelle to shout at her.

Michelle tells David that she thinks Doctor Legg was "short" with Donna. Frank checks out the abandoned portacabin across the Square. He enquires about the ownership. Pete worries about his court hearing next week. Simon wants a new car but cannot find anyone to buy off of. Sharon visits Pauline but is left insulted when she makes nasty remarks about Den. Pete starts a fight with a customer in the Vic unnecessarily. Carmel worries that Matthew is cheating on her so works with Guizin to catch him out. Michelle is furious with Pauline when Sharon tells her what she has said about Den. Michelle tells Pauline to keep her nose out of other people's business. Frank asks Pat to go to the bank for him to get £8500. Frank encourages Simon to let him help him buy a new car. Pat is disgraced with Frank for making her go into the city centre to get the money, fearing she could have been mugged. Arthur makes plans for Pauline and Pete's birthday party, but inadvertently tells Pauline what it is. David tries to help Donna following Doctor Legg's poor attempts. Guizin follows Matthew around the Square and sees him walk into the flat with Cindy. Carmel storms into the flat and is shocked to find Cindy and Ian have done the catering for a romantic evening for the pair. Matthew buys Carmel sexy lingerie to wear. Guido manages to annoy Donna in the Vic with his comments about her staying at Dot's. Carmel confides in Matthew about her worries for Aisha and Junior. Donna spitefully tells Dot that Colin left the Square because he had AIDS. Dot is mortified. Pauline tells Michelle that Den is selfish and does not care about her. Michelle works out why Pauline wanted to look after Vicki so much and tells her that if Den walked back into the Square she would walk off with him. |
