Mrs Ludlow tries to make sense of Donna's cruel lie. Ian cleans the kitchen of Number 45 for Pauline and then gives her tea. Pauline receives a Valentine's Day card in the post and is flattered. Dot also receives one, and so does Pat. Carmel and Matthew return from their honeymoon. Dot visits Carmel to tell her about Junior's involvement in crime and the police. She then tells Carmel that Guido was the one who called the police. Trevor's death leaves Den to think about Angie and her attempted suicide back in 1987. Carmel thanks Guido for calling the police on Junior and teaching him a lesson. Dot is surprised to learn of Carmel's actions towards Guido over Junior's arrest. Cindy and Ian prepare food for Colin, who is having guests over for an evening meal. Sharon returns from Spain and tells Michelle that she did not see Angie, as she had ran off with another man and left Sonny without telling her where she was going. Cindy and Ian impress Colin, Guido and their guests at the meal. Guido tells Colin he sent the Valentine's Day cards to Dot, Pat and Pauline, while Frank points out all their cards have the same handwriting. Ian is hit on by Kevin, one of Colin's guests. Colin toasts to Barry and his friends at the meal. Michelle sneaks out of bed in the night and phones Doctor Legg. She lies and tells him that she is ill and will not be able to attend work the next day. |
